As we are an outlet store we cannot offer refunds on your purchase, we are happy to exchange an item for a different size if needed or you can return the item for a store credit only.
When an item has been reduced to clear on our website then all sales on that are final - no exchanges or store credits
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags left on garments.
We DO NOT offer refunds unless required to do so under The Consumer Guarantee Act (CGA)
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is an error on our part then we will provide you with a pre-paid courier bag
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
